The Gene\u00adral Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion Regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon&nbsp;(GDPR) refers to the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data as pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal&nbsp;data.<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"rechtsgrundlagen\">2.2 Legal&nbsp;basis<\/h3>\n\n<p>We pro\u00adcess per\u00adso\u00adnal data in accordance with Swiss data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion law such as, in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar, the Swiss <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/oc\/2022\/491\/de\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" id=\"99581\">Fede\u00adral<\/a> Act on Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion (Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion Act, DPA) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/oc\/2022\/568\/de\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ordi\u00adnan\u00adce on<\/a> Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion (Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion Ordi\u00adnan\u00adce,&nbsp;DPA).<\/p>\n\n<p><span id=\"rechtsgrundlagen-dsgvo\">We pro\u00adcess \u2014 if and to the ext\u00adent that the Gene\u00adral Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion Regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon (GDPR) is appli\u00adca\u00adble \u2014 per\u00adso\u00adnal data in accordance with <em>at least<\/em> one of the fol\u00adlo\u00adwing legal&nbsp;bases:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/steigerlegal.ch\/dsgvo\/dsgvo-6\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR<\/a> for the neces\u00adsa\u00adry pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data for the ful\u00adfill\u00adment of a con\u00adtract with the data sub\u00adject as well as for the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon of pre-con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal measures.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f DSGVO for the neces\u00adsa\u00adry pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data to pro\u00adtect the legi\u00adti\u00adma\u00adte inte\u00adrests of us or of third par\u00adties, unless the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal free\u00addoms and rights and inte\u00adrests of the data sub\u00adject pre\u00advail. Legi\u00adti\u00adma\u00adte inte\u00adrests include, in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar, our inte\u00adrest in being able to car\u00adry out our acti\u00advi\u00adties and ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons per\u00adma\u00adnent\u00adly, in a user-fri\u00adend\u00adly, secu\u00adre and relia\u00adble man\u00adner and to com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adte about them, the gua\u00adran\u00adtee of infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon secu\u00adri\u00adty, pro\u00adtec\u00adtion against misu\u00adse, the enforce\u00adment of our own legal claims and com\u00adpli\u00adance with Swiss&nbsp;law.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR for the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data neces\u00adsa\u00adry to com\u00adply with a legal obli\u00adga\u00adti\u00adon to which we are sub\u00adject under any appli\u00adca\u00adble law of Mem\u00adber Sta\u00adtes in the Euro\u00adpean Eco\u00adno\u00admic Area (EEA).<\/li>\n<li>Art. 6 par. 1 lit. e GDPR for the neces\u00adsa\u00adry pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data for the per\u00adfor\u00admance of a task car\u00adri\u00aded out in the public interest.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR for the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data with the con\u00adsent of the data subject.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 6 par. 1 lit. d GDPR for the neces\u00adsa\u00adry pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data to pro\u00adtect vital inte\u00adrests of the data sub\u00adject or ano\u00adther natu\u00adral person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"art-umfang-zweck\">3. natu\u00adre, scope and purpose<\/h2>\n\n<p>We pro\u00adcess tho\u00adse per\u00adso\u00adnal data that are <em>neces\u00adsa\u00adry<\/em> to car\u00adry out our acti\u00advi\u00adties and ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons in a dura\u00adble, user-fri\u00adend\u00adly, safe and relia\u00adble man\u00adner. Such per\u00adso\u00adnal data may fall into the cate\u00adgo\u00adries of inven\u00adto\u00adry and cont\u00adact data, brow\u00adser and device data, con\u00adtent data, meta or mar\u00adgi\u00adnal data and usa\u00adge data, loca\u00adti\u00adon data, sales data, and con\u00adtract and pay\u00adment data, in particular.<\/p>\n\n<p>We pro\u00adcess per\u00adso\u00adnal data for the <em>peri\u00adod of<\/em> time that is neces\u00adsa\u00adry for the respec\u00adti\u00adve purpose(s) or requi\u00adred by law. Per\u00adso\u00adnal data who\u00adse pro\u00adces\u00adsing is no lon\u00adger neces\u00adsa\u00adry is anony\u00admi\u00adzed or deleted.<\/p>\n\n<p>We may have per\u00adso\u00adnal data pro\u00adces\u00adsed <em>by third par\u00adties<\/em>. We may pro\u00adcess per\u00adso\u00adnal data joint\u00adly with third par\u00adties or trans\u00adfer it to third par\u00adties.
