We are now able to scan sam\u00adple parts from our cus\u00adto\u00admers and crea\u00adte a CAD model using rever\u00adse engi\u00adnee\u00adring. This means that we can manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adre repla\u00adce\u00adment parts 1:1 based on the sam\u00adple in-house.<\/p><p>This pro\u00adcess also offers huge advan\u00adta\u00adges in terms of qua\u00adli\u00adty assu\u00adrance. Our for\u00adging tools can be scan\u00adned befo\u00adre use and com\u00adpared with the CAD file. Any devia\u00adti\u00adons are imme\u00addia\u00adte\u00adly visible.<\/p><p>To check our for\u00adged or machi\u00adned parts, we can sim\u00adply scan them and compa\u00adre them with the CAD model. Even the smal\u00adlest geo\u00adme\u00adtric dif\u00adfe\u00adren\u00adces beco\u00adme apparent.<\/p><p>Our cus\u00adto\u00admers have the opti\u00adon of crea\u00adting a test
