UPSET FORGING
Horizontal upset forging is a procedure which allows to upset only a segment of a round or square bar. Usually only the part to be reshaped is heated for this purpose.
The cavity in sleeves can also be realized cost-effectively by this process.

PLANT AND MACHINERY
On our various production plants, such as open die forging hammers, eccentric presses, crank presses, spindle presses and horizontal upset forging machines, metal parts can be warm and cold formed.

We have various presses with different pressing power to bend and press sheets, plates and bars.
