HPQ rAIL VEHICLES & HPQ SUPERSTRUCTURE

We have sup­pli­ed the rail­way indus­try with for­ged com­pon­ents for deca­des. Sin­ce 2006 we’ve been qua­li­fied (HPQ) for pro­du­cing rail vehic­le com­pon­ents. Our for­ged pro­ducts are used in cri­ti­cal are­as of the chas­sis and cou­pling tech­no­lo­gy in the high-speed sec­tor, as well as in switch sys­tems, and under­lie strict qua­li­ty con­trol. In March 2018 we have broa­den­ed our spec­trum and have addi­tio­nal­ly acqui­red the HPQ for super­s­truc­tu­re and its com­pon­ents (Deut­sche Bahn).

3D-COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE
In order to pro­vi­de pro­of of our good qua­li­ty, we use the latest mea­su­ring equipment,
such as a 3D-coor­di­na­te mea­su­ring machi­ne with a mea­su­ring sen­sor from Renishaw.
