Due to their high wear resis­tance and good mecha­ni­cal pro­per­ties (fati­gue strength, den­se struc­tu­re) hot for­ged com­pon­ents are used in many machi­nes. We pro­du­ce metal­lic com­pon­ents for num­e­rous well-known com­pa­nies in Switz­er­land and abroad, for the use in con­s­truc­tion, tex­ti­le, food-indus­try, prin­ting, and pack­a­ging machinery. 

RAILWAY TECHNOLOGY

HPQ RAIL VEHICLE COMPONENTS AND HPQ SUPERSTRUCTURE

We have sup­pli­ed the rail­way indus­try with for­ged com­pon­ents for deca­des. Sin­ce 2006 we have been qua­li­fied for pro­du­cing parts for rail vehic­les, and in 2018 we also acqui­red the HPQ for super­s­truc­tu­re and its com­pon­ents (Deut­sche Bahn). Our for­ged pro­ducts are used in cri­ti­cal are­as of the chas­sis and cou­plings tech­no­lo­gy in the high-speed sec­tor, as well as in switch sys­tems, and under­lie strict qua­li­ty controls.
