HPQ rAIL VEHICLES & HPQ SUPERSTRUCTURE
We have supplied the railway industry with forged components for decades. Since 2006 we’ve been qualified (HPQ) for producing rail vehicle components. Our forged products are used in critical areas of the chassis and coupling technology in the high-speed sector, as well as in switch systems, and underlie strict quality control. In March 2018 we have broadened our spectrum and have additionally acquired the HPQ for superstructure and its components (Deutsche Bahn).

- Dimensional inspection using a 3D-coordinate measuring machine
MATERIAL ANALYSIS (IN EXTERNAL LABORATORY)
- Metallurgical examination (structure, fibre orientation, PMI, ultrasound, etc.)
- Destructive testing (tensile, pressure, Charpy Impact Test (V‑notch) and fatigue testing)
3D-COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE
In order to provide proof of our good quality, we use the latest measuring equipment,
such as a 3D-coordinate measuring machine with a measuring sensor from Renishaw.
